Straight Up Red Hot Sauce

This smooth, creamy red sauce is our version of a traditional, red, hot sauce and it's a bit hotter than most. It's more than just hot peppers and vinegar; we combine bell peppers with our own assortment of hot peppers, garden vegetables and a bit of salt. There is no water in our recipe; we use more, or maybe hotter, peppers. Use it everywhere you use the usual store-brand red sauces, but perhaps a bit more sparingly.

This is my personal favorite on hot dogs, burgers and sausages fresh off the grill.
