Green Garden Hot Sauce

For this little brother to the Green Ghost we kept the fresh green herbal flavors, then dialed back the heat quotient. There are lots of fresh herbs, garlic and a mix of green bell and green spicy peppers. The flavor is fresh and tangy rather than really hot. As with our other sauces, it's rather thick.

If you are just discovering the world of hot sauces this is a great sauce for you.

It makes an excellent dip for chips or crackers, or mix with some olive oil and vinegar for a unique salad dressing. Try it with mashed potatoes. Use your imagination, and let us know how it turns out.
